CSR Activities
We are concerned about the overall development of the people around us and about the ecosystem of society. We have been continuously involved ourselves in various initiatives in this direction:
- VAPS has been conducting various events, trainings and competitions pan India to encourage the young talents in student community and felicitate distinguished personalities for their achievements and contributions to the society.
- Intensive courses were organized to improve the English speaking and communications skills. VAPS collaborated with SPACE (Specia Academy for Communicative Excellence). Several hundred of students and teachers were immensely benefited out of this programme.

- VAPS has been conducting ITAP (IT Akshara Prathiba) annual events consistently every year. The main objective of this event is to bring out the hidden talents of the children and explore better ways of learning. ITAP competitions conducted at various levels –school level., interschool level, state level, national level, etc.. Various category of event were organized viz., Preparation of Charts, Models & project report, Pick & Speak competition, spot programming, Concept presentation, etc. The winners in the event were honouned with medals and certificates.

- Eminent personalities were recognized and felicitated with “Vidyavarenya” award for their noble contributions to the society
Distinguished personalities, in various fields, viz., Educationists, Politicians, Scientists, Scholars, Social Reformers, etc., have been kind enough in supporting us in these noble activities by being present themselves in the event and encouraging us. 2. VAPS Akshaya Foundation:
On a wider spectrum, we have involved in the social cause of breeding indigenous cows through our own NGO – Punyakoti Goshala under VAPS Akshaya Foundation Trust. Our Goshala, situated in Ramanagar, Karnataka, is shelter for more than 400 cattle. Our Goshala has been awarded ‘Kamadhenu’ National Award and ‘Gopalarathna’ National Award in the year 2018. We are recognized as ‘Best Breeding Centre’ for Indigenous Cows such as Hallikar, Gir, Malenad Gidda by Government of Karnataka during the year 2019.
Through Akshaya Foundation, we have donated around 60 cows / bulls to the deserving farmers, free of cost, through Annadatha Sukhibhava Scheme.
3. Covid 19 Pandemic
During Covid 19 pandemic, we have served free food for more than 1000 need people every day for more than 45 days during 1st lockdown.
During the 2nd wave lockdown period, we have arranged free medical treatment to 250 ailing and needy patients, including medicines, doctor fee and hospital expenses. We have arranged free vaccination for more than 5000 needy people.
